Riverwatch for Waterfowl and Gulls at Columbia Crossing River Trails Center w/ Light Refreshments

Join Sarah Gotwols and members of the Lancaster County Bird Club to experience winter birding on the Susquehanna River and get some scope views of some of the different species of waterfowl and gulls that spend their winter on the Susquehanna in Lancaster County. Members will have spotting scopes set up under the covered deck and will be available to help with identification and answer birding questions. Light refreshments will be available to attendees in addition to general information on the club and birding. Bring binoculars and a spotting scope if you have your own! This event is held in collaboration with the Columbia Crossing River Trails Center that is managed by the Susquehanna Natural Heritage Area for the Borough of Columbia.
