Birding in Juniata County (Members-Only Trip Offering)
Carl Groff will lead a field trip to Juniata County for spring warblers and other migrants. Target species include both Golden-winged and Blue-winged Warblers. This trip covers several areas of the county. The group is limited to eight club members and registration is required. We will be meeting at 7 a.m. at Karl B. Guss Picnic Area along East Licking Creek Rd. Participants are welcome to drive to the location Sunday morning or get a motel in the area Saturday night. Bring water, snacks, and lunch and be prepared at times to walk on rough and hilly terrain.
