The deadline to apply for funds from the Harold B. Morrin Scholarship is December 31 of each year. Decisions will be made within 30 days of the application deadline. If budgeted funds for that year are not fully dispersed through this process, the Scholarship Committee will consider applications received beyond that date on a first-come, first-serve basis. Out-of-cycle applications for remaining funds must still be endorsed by the LCBC Scholarship Committee and will also be referred to the LCBC Board of Directors for final approval.

Lancaster County Bird Club is pleased to offer $1,000 scholarships to youth and adults annually to help provide financial support for educational camps, field courses, research, conservation, and educational interpretation projects which promote or develop an interest in natural history and the environment, with a preference given to the field of ornithology.

Complete details on the club’s annual scholarship and the application to apply are available in our scholarship packet.
